Grape’s Games was so grateful to host round 2 of Ursula’s Set Championship which commenced on July 6th! We had 39 players and a new store layout to accommodate more of this great community.
We had another wide range of deck types - 9 different color combinations! Emerald/steel had the most representation at 11. Ruby/Amethyst was second with 9. And thirdly, was Ruby/Sapphire with 6 players. 
Bucky, no surprise seemed to be a dominating factor during the event. Which will make the future Bucky changes have a huge impact on the current meta.
Ruby/Amy does still seem to hold its own Emerald/Steel. Jimmy M who won third place stated a big tech card he included in his deck to compete against emerald/steel was Rafiki mystical fighter to help slow down the otherwise “free” quests that Bucky and small shift targets can get when there aren’t any other characters on board - because the monkey is scary!
Ruby/Sapphire can compete with Emerald/Steel once they ramp up to a board wipe but still will struggle with Ruby/Amy. We are seeing a lot more tech cards like Hercules Daring Demigod to help combat the Queen’s Castle in this deck.
The most surprising deck of the Day was Isabella H. At 11 years old she placed 12th and almost top cut with her Amethyst/Amber aggro deck!

Hunter R was on a high after his second place win since this was the only weekend he could compete! Although we had to chase after him after he almost left his Ursula Card in the store! 
And our big winner of the day, with his Emerald/Steel deck- Andrew D! Bucky ends up on top! 
And the tournament is never complete without an in store enchanted pull! And Tyler pulled the Diablo as well!
